Passengers will be required to pay any duties charges on purchases made while in United States.

 

Day Tours: Cash only payments are due in full at time of booking and are not refundable.

ZENNY'Z Tours has all rights to cancel any tour not meeting minimum amount of 36-40 persons we will inform customers within 2-3 weeks due to cancellation.

 

Tips: gratuities for the Zenny'z Tours driver are welcome

 

Documentations: All passengers are responsible for carrying the proper documentation = a valid Canadian passport. All passengers must meet traveling documentations.

 

ZENNY'Z Tours is not responsible for damages of personal items. We will not be liable for lost or stolen personal items during the trip. All baggage will be handled only at passengers’ own risk. Unattended personal items are not allowed to be left on the bus during or after your trip. ZENNY'Z Tours has the right to prohibit anyone who acts inappropriately on the trip from attending any future trips.

 

Cancellations will not be refunded.

 

Prices are subject to change.

 

Seating is prioritized according to customers’ conditions, followed by first come first serve.
